JP Sherry is the founding partner of JPS Law. He has been litigating business disputes in Virginia, Maryland, and the District of Columbia since 2002.

His litigation experience is extensive and hard-earned, encompassing decades of bench trials, jury trials, appellate matters, and complex arbitrations. Clients rely on his judgment as much outside the courtroom as inside it.

JP is a tenacious litigator and an aggressive advocate when the moment requires it. He understands when to press, when to hold ground, and when restraint serves the client’s interests better than escalation.
