Samantha is a paralegal offering cost-effective solutions for clients and a legal assistant providing everyday support to the firm’s attorneys.  Samantha truly has a passion for the law, so much so that she is in the process of obtaining her own law degree in the evening program at The George Washington University Law School.

Samantha is a graduate of the College of William & Mary, with a B.A. in Sociology and a minor in Biology.  Before joining JPS Law, she worked in high-end retail management where, among other things, she learned the value of customer service.  As the daughter and granddaughter of small business owners, Samantha understands the practical aspects of ensuring legal compliance while maintaining a budget.  On the business side, Samantha enjoys helping the attorneys at JPS Law assist clients in navigating the maze of local regulations and licensing requirements that small businesses face in Virginia, DC, and Maryland.  On the litigation side, Samantha takes pride in ensuring attention to the smallest details so that cases are in the best possible posture for litigation.

Samantha was born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, where she attended Bishop Ireton High School.  She is the fourth out of six children and, in the moments when she can find some down time, she enjoys relaxing at home with her dogs.
